Migraines - How Detoxification Of Your Body Also Removes Migraine Headaches

Post on Jul 9th 2008

My cousin really had some bad migraine attacks recently. He felt dizzy, was sensitive to light and noise. He had always suffered from headaches before but it became worse in the last months. He said the headaches come in periods of about two to three weeks and then it is over.

He visited his doctor, then a chiropractor and had a head scan at a neurologist. Nothing was wrong or they could not find anything. He tried a lot of treatments with moderate success. The problem is that the causes of migraines are still unknown or that there are too many different reasons.

It is often the only choice to try out a lot of different things before finding something that helps. There are some natural remedies like feverfew that is pretty popular. Also magnesium and niacin are known to help.

Some people react sensitive to some foods. It is worth to try to change the eating habits to find out if it makes any difference. You can also try to take truly natural Vitamin C (not the cheap and worthless products).

I had a neighbor who had good success with a colon cleanse product. If your body stores too much toxic waste it can not get rid of it can trigger headaches. She is swearing on that and says she never has migraines as long she uses the product.

It is also something that seems to have some correlation to what happened to my wife recently. She also gets tortured by migraines from time to time. Recently she had a kidney surgery where she had to take antibiotics afterwards.

We all know that the kidneys help the body to get rid of toxins. One kidney did not work well. She had infections all time. For the period of about three months after the surgery she was free of migraines. Then she got headaches again. It was found she had a kidney infection again and had to take antibiotics. The headaches were gone again.

It seems that to detoxicate the body helps some people to get rid of migraines.
