It has long been a passion of mine to cook only with the freshest of ingredients and in a fashion which is going to be beneficial, not detrimental, to my health. I have found that a healthy eating lifestyle offers us greater taste opportunities rather than less and makes for a lot of fun in coming up with and sampling recipe ideas.

I always suggest to someone looking to improve their eating habits to sit down and make a list of all their favourite raw ingredients. For example, mine would include things like lamb, beef, garlic, cod, sweet potatoes and a hundred more.
